Perry Drake



Perry is the Digital Media Marketing Program Director & Assistant Professor, College of Business Administration. He comes from New York University where he taught and created leading edge classes and curriculum including

Social Media Analytics & Measurement, Advanced Web Analytics using Adobe SiteCatalyst, and SAS Data Mining for Marketers Certification. He forged unique relationships with various vendors such as Adobe (using their SiteCatalyst product for Webtracking), Netbase (a major social listening tool) and SAS (the premier data analytics tool). He also regularly involved his students in the Google Paid Search Challenge (an international university competition) and the Adobe Web Analytics Competition. He taught at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He also received two outstanding teaching awards during his 14 years at NYU. In addition, Perry also does various training programs for the Direct Marketing Association located in New York City.

Perry’s new role at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (his alma mater) is to continue to be on the forefront of the creation of course content and curriculum in digital and social media marketing. His focus will be to deliver programs and courses here for both the credit and non-credit side.
